We strive to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. To maintain our high standards of hygiene and ensure the comfort of families and children, we have implemented the following policy regarding animals on our premises.

1. Assistance Dogs

In accordance with legal requirements, Assistance Dogs are welcome at all times in all areas of the coffee shop. This includes guide dogs, hearing dogs and other registered service animals. We kindly ask that assistance dogs remain on a lead and identifiable where possible.

2. General Pet Access

To ensure the comfort of all patrons and maintain a manageable environment, general pet access is restricted as follows:

1. Designated Pet Days: Non-assistance dogs are only permitted inside the building on a Friday and Saturday.

2. Size Restrictions: As we are a small space, we only permit small to medium-sized dogs. To ensure floor space remains clear and safe for staff and children, large breeds are unfortunately not permitted inside the building.

3. Hygiene & Safety Standards

2. Dogs must remain on the floor at all times. They are strictly prohibited from sitting on chairs, benches, or tables.

3. Dining Etiquette: Pets must not be fed from cafe plates or cutlery.

4. Behaviour: Dogs must be kept on a short lead and under control.

5. Cleanliness: Owners are responsible for cleaning up any mess immediately. Any accidents must be reported to a staff member so that professional sanitisation can take place.

4. Families and Children

1. We host classes and events for children and families. During these times, we prioritise a ‘pet-free’ indoor environment (excluding assistance dogs) to ensure the safety and hygiene of our youngest guests.
