2. Hygiene Standards

For the health and safety of our team and customers, we ask that:

• All reusable cups are clean, dry and free of any leftover residue.

• Our baristas reserve the right to decline a cup if it does not meet basic hygiene standards.

• We cannot wash or rinse personal cups behind the counter.

3. Size & Compatibility

Please ensure your cup is of an appropriate size for the drink ordered. If your cup is smaller than our standard serving sizes, we will only fill it to its maximum capacity. For safety reasons, we cannot accept fragile glassware.

4. How it Works

Simply hand your lid-free, clean cup to our barista when placing your order. We’ll apply your discount and prepare your drink directly into your reusable cup.
